We are a learning community providing quality education for children predominately living in the Kamo area of Whangarei. We cater for children from New Entrants to Year 6. The total Kamo Primary School roll is usually in the vicinity of 390 to 475.
Our school vision is ‘Learning for the Future’ and we feel this illustrates the journey of lifelong learning which is at the heart of the New Zealand Curriculum.

Our next Teacher only day is Friday 4th September .
School will be closed for the day.
The following message has already been sent out on Seesaw
The conditions at the Kamo Sports grounds and our own school have meant we will move all remaining cross country racing until Wednesday the 19th this week. This will allow appropriate time for the sun to dry things out. Times will remain the same and will be reposted tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding in this decision.
The 10year old boys and girls have just run.
All other cross country postponed until Monday weather permitting.
